A Day in the Life of a Little Learner
8:30-9:00am
DROPOFF + WELCOME
Little Learners is a school that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
We make sure that the children are dropped off and picked up safely and that they have their hands washed thoroughly before entering the premises. This helps us ensure that our students are learning in a clean and safe environment.
9:00-9:30 am
GOOD MORNING WELCOME SONG, MORNING YOGA
We have incorporated a daily “Good Morning” song and yoga into our morning routine to set the tone for the day and to help promote mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
9:30-10:15 AM
CLEAN UP, FREE PLAY
Little Learners is an innovative school that focuses on the importance of free play and making friends. We strive to create an environment that is fun and exciting, but also supports children’s learning and development.
We understand the importance of social interactions and provide our students with the tools to develop meaningful relationships. Miss Katie is trained to promote a sense of belonging and build strong bonds with each student.
10:30-11:00 AM
RUG TIME
Our unique approach to teaching focuses on the whole child and allows each student to learn and explore in a creative and nurturing environment. We offer a specialized Reading Curriculum themed book, music - instruments and songs, manipulatives, fine motor activities, and games. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded education and foster a lifelong love of learning.

OUTSIDE TIME AND DISMISSAL
At Little Learners, we believe that outdoor play is essential to the development of young minds. That is why we have a designated outdoor play area that is designed to be fun and inviting for our littles. We strive to ensure that our students get plenty of time outdoors each day.
